Asian McDonald’s Operator Association
The Chicago Chapter of the Asian McDonald’s Operator Association (AMOA) was founded more than ten years ago by Chicago-area McDonald’s Owner/Operators and Asian Americans Johnnie Tom and Dennis Cha. AMOA is a group of Asian American McDonald’s restaurant franchisees who work to provide advice and support to Asian Operators in the McDonald’s system. The AMOA works as a collective body to achieve business results while ensuring operational excellence at the restaurant level.
The AMOA strives to uplift the community through its philanthropic and educational endeavors. AMOA is committed to empowering minds and inspiring future Asian American leaders. Throughout its decade-long history, AMOA has helped support Chicago’s diverse Asian communities through scholarship programs, community enrichment, and cultural festivals in Asian communities throughout the area.
